Le Bistro is a new chic Parisian Bistro at the hotel open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Located downstairs, with its informal yet stylish ambiance, Le Bistro offers affordable, superb traditional French cuisine in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Le Bistro is the ideal spot to dine with friends as there are a variety of dishes to share including the hot seafood platter, the French and Local Cheese selection or the variety of Rustic Pizzas on offer.
Uncorked, now located upstairs, has a comfortable modern fit-out offering diners an experience that brings warmth, character and charm in an understated yet sophisticated package. Incorporating an exceptional culinary approach and seasonal ingredients, Head Chefs David Little and Ronny Ghantous have created a prize menu presenting fresh and robust flavours to scintillate the palate. Open for lunch Wednesday to Friday and dinner Thursday to Saturday.
