Congratulations to Ronny Ghantous, Executive Head Chef of Gallagher Hotel Managment who was awarded Chef of the Year at the Australian Hotels Association (NSW) Awards For Excellence.
Uncorked at the Union Hotel was also Runner-Up as Best Restaurant of the Year 2010.
