Le Bistro is The Union Hotel's chic Parisian Bistro open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Located downstairs, Le Bistro offers affordable, superb traditional French cuisine in a warm, stylish and relaxed atmosphere.

Sharing entrees start at $10.00 and include Escargot, Oysters Natural , Kilpatrick, Salt and Pepper Prawns, Hot & Cold Seafood Stand to name but a few.

Mains start at $14.00 and include Salt Water Barramundi Fillet, or our 250g Grainge Black Angus Beef RUMP, 220g  Le Entrecote Steak with Café De Paris Sauce, Frites & Salad

Le Bistro is the ideal spot to dine with friends and enjoy a variety of dishes to share including the Bread & Dips Stand, Antipasto Stand, Seafood Stand or our Piece De Resistance 1kg Whole Snapper En Papillote!  or the variety of Salads & Pissaladiere’s (French style pizzas)
