Dear Angela,

A very belated thank you, to you and the staff at the Union Hotel, for all your assistance in making my 40th birthday a very special night.

Despite many emails to and fro before the big day, nothing was too much effort for you. All the guests said they were impressed by the venue and they all commented on how lovely the food was. A special thank you to the chefs for keeping in mind all the special dietary requirements and the fruit plate for my sister while the cake was being served. The food was delicious and everything went perfectly – I couldn’t have had a less stressful evening!

Hi Angela,

I want to say thank you to you and your staff for the Monte reunion that we had at the Union Hotel on 30 October 2010.

The room that we hired was really nice and the staff that looked after us were friendly and helpful. A lot of people also commented on how good the food was - so it was a good night all round.

I just wanted to say a big Thank You for all your hard work and in helping to make Victoria's 21st birthday party last Saturday night a huge success!

It was such a pleaure dealing with you and your staff at the Union Hotel. From our first meeting with you until the moment we left that night we were treated so well by yourself and your staff.

Everyone was so helpful and curteous, nothing was too much trouble. Please pass on our thanks to all your staff that helped out on the night, the bar staff, the kitchen staff etc.

The food was just divine! We are having serious cravings for the Peking Duck Pancakes. And my sister who is a bit of a sushi conisseur said that the sushi was so so good! We have had so many guests contact us to thank us for such a great night, everyone was just so impressed with the venue, service and the food.

Once again thank you for a great night, it is a pleasure dealing with such a professional establishment who pride themselves on their work and customer service (something that is often lacking in businesses these days). I hope we have the opportunity to use your services again in the future.
