Round up your mates and head upstairs for two hours of bottomless brunch fun on the Union Hotel rooftop. Expect a shared feast featuring lime cured prawn ceviche, grass fed flank steak and a selection of tacos, think crispy pork belly and battered fish. Come thirsty because house beers, wines and bubbles will be flowing freely, plus a froze or spritz on arrival to kick things off.

Bottomless brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays from 11am–2pm. At $85 per person, it’s the perfect excuse to round up your mates, grab a table and make a proper day of it.
